YouTube Entertainment Express

After Google’s introduction of complimentary WiFi in 100 stations across India, an estimated 10 million people annually are now benefiting from free internet access, and through Entertainment Express installations they’ll also be able to take YouTube content offline and enjoy it anywhere, anytime.

The ten-foot high triangular installations feature touchscreen interfaces where users can search and choose content from Bollywood, Comedy and Learning categories, including the latest trending and evergreen videos. A personalised playlist is dynamically generated and a unique URL is sent via SMS to the user’s phone. Playlists can then be offlined via the free WiFi, stored for up to 48 hours or shared with friends and family via the YouTube App.
