I'm currently helping the Fortune 500 company JLL through a global brand positioning and ongoing business transformation to keep them relevant, innovative and market leaders. In previous lives I was the Executive Creative Director for SEA at R/GA, based in Singapore and before that, a Group Creative Director at Huge and the Executive Creative Director for EMEA at one of WPP's largest digital agency, POSSIBLE. 

With over 30 years of experience in delivering inspirational and usable brand communications and digital experiences in leadership roles in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore; I originally trained as an illustrator at a time when we were encouraged to "bomb the bass", wear Miami Vice jackets with the sleeves turned up, and sing to Kelly McGillis in bars. Naturally, these events dissuaded me from going out and unwittingly helped me on the road to forming a loving bond with all forms of graphic design.

From artworking games for the likes of EA and Interplay, I took my love of interaction design to the (then) ground-breaking multi-platform digital Teletext service; later becoming head of digital design and user experience at two international media groups before returning to agency life in 1999.

I'm proud to have worked with some of the World’s favourite brands, overseeing and nurturing a large and eclectic band of creative brains to deliver amazing and innovative work. My focus is to help build deeper and more meaningful relationships between brands and their customers with good storytelling and unrivalled experience design.

Winning is always a bonus; and I've been responsible for hundreds of plaudits and awards ( including Canne, BAFTA, Clio and D&AD) for a wide range of brands including Porsche, American Express, Google, Chanel, BP, Royal Caribbean, Uber, WWF, Canon, Claridge’s, The Mirror, The Independent, The Economist, Credit Suisse, Netflix, De Beers, P&G, Unilever, The Glenlivet and Royal Mail.

An active member of a number of international design committees, judging panels and speaking circuits and a huge supporter of mentorship programs such as School of Communication Arts, D&AD New Blood, Cannes Young Lions, Microsoft Student Program and BIMA D-Day.
