A two-year global acquisition and retention program kicked off in 2017 with new Employee Branding and an invite for Siemens employees to experience groundbreaking immersive 360 documentaries 'We are future makers'. As well as a suite of internal communications for established teams, new starters and cross-office collaboration, we also successfully launched student initiatives in schools and across university campus.
Using up-to-date (but globally accessible) technologies such as Google Goggles, Virtual and Augmented Realities, Realtime data visualisation OOH, Facebook Live, modern recyclable materials and carbon neutral installations we demonstrate Siemens' core mission of being a technological pioneer and responsible employer.
