JLL - This is proptech

In 2018 JLL embarked on consolidating its market dominance and brand association around technology and 'proptech'. 



Using YouTube's real-time ad creation technology, we served up one of 10 thematic proptech topics contextually responding to people’s searches across popular categories on these broad themes. With 3 million views, the measured results gave a substantial and long term lift to brand awareness and association in the category.   




As part of the supporting campaign, JLL’s demonstrated it’s proptech credentials with product films, the development of a Centre Of Excellence and "Techathons" events across India, China and Singapore culminating in keynote speakers at Innovfest Unbound.
