JLL - Building Pride
At the heart of JLL’s values as a brand are teamwork, innovation and a desire to shape the future of real estate for a better world. One of the ongoing global initiatives to highlight these values is the championing of diversity and inclusion.
Under the meticulous gaze of JLL's Global Head of Brand Design, Liam Hammond, we worked with external agencies and internal D&I teams to create a flexible but strong visual language using the Gilbert Baker font (creator of the iconic Rainbow Flag). The visual framework is aimed at showing the inclusive thoughts and behaviours that make up JLL's staff, leaders, clients and friends; and to also celebrate JLL employees bringing their whole self to the workplace everyday.
