Aramex, one of the world’s largest logistic companies, is working with R/GA to design and develop it's new global consumer and enterprise platforms. As part of this program of work, we identified the need to reposition the generic market-wide 'Shop and Ship' proposition with a more digitally focussed product for an e-commerce generation. 

TaqTaq, the Arabic equivalent of 'Knock Knock' soon became the clear winner; testing well with consumers who love the freedom and joy of spontaneous ‘gotta have it’ purchases delivered straight to their front door from anywhere around the world, without shipping hassles.
